La maison nous a été officiellement livrée ! ^^
Félicitations encore à notre constructeur et surtout conducteur de travaux car les délais ont été respectés et la livraison se fait sans une seule réserve.
Les derniers éléments installés par Idéa avant la livraison de la maison étaient:
- La pose des rambardes (escaliers/mezzanine)
- Les marches sous la porte d’accès au garage
Maintenant les finitions que nous avions gardé à notre charge :
- La peinture intérieure et extérieure
- La pose des salles de bains et des toilettes
- La pose de la cuisine
- La pose du compteur électrique EDF (et l’accès à l’électricité)

We officially got the house delivered ! ^^
Congratulations again to our constructor and especially to our foreman because they have respected the deadline and the house is delivered without a single reservation.
The last elements our constructor has to install before delivering the house were:
- Installation of the railings (stairs/loft)
- Installation of the stairs to access the garage door
Now, the finishing stages we've kept on our side include:
- Painting of the inside and the outside
- Installation of the bathrooms and toilets
- Installation of the kitchen
- Installation of the electric control box (power activation)
