Montage de l'ossature bois + Charpente xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Wooden frame assembly + Roof structure

C'est sous une pluie d'hiver que nous avons fait la réception hier le 29 Avril, de l'ensemble des éléments de l'ossature bois de la maison...
En plus du mauvais temps, nous avons du également faire face à un problème de tableau électrique privant la grue de courant et la rendant ainsi inopérante pour la journée, le temps de faire venir l'électricien.
Mais tout est rentré dans l'ordre dès le lendemain matin et les ouvriers ont pu se remettre au travail sur notre chantier

We've received the whole kit of our wooden frame under a cold winter rain yesterday April 29th...
And not only bad weather but we aslo had to face a failure of our temporary power distributor box making any use of the crane just impossible for the whole day until the electrician's intervention to make it work again.
But everything has worked again fine on the very next day and the guys have been able to get back to work starting the frame assembly.

Le montage continue mais le temps est très capricieux. Il a fait très beau toute la matinée puis la pluie et le vent sont revenus en force dans l'après-midi, ce qui n'aide pas vraiment :(
Mais bon, ça avance quand même, c'est l'essentiel :)

The assembly keeps going but the weather's really unstable. This morning was all shiny and nice, then rain and cold wind came back during the afternoon which is not really helping :(
Anyway, things are going foreward and that's all that matters :)

Etanchéité / Isolation du sous-sol xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Basement waterproofness / isolation

Nous avons beaucoup d'eau sur le terrain, nous avons donc opté pour une protection maximum. Etanchéité à chaud, hourdis et Delta Ms. Un peu trop probablement, mais au moins nous ne regretterons pas de n'avoir pas assez isolé...

We have a lot of water on the land, so we've chosen to get maximum protection.
Waterproofing membranes, concrete drainage boards, waterproofing/dampproofing coatings. Probably a bit too much, but at least we won't regret a lack of isolation which is much more complicated to get done afterward.

Update
L'étanchéité à chaud, le hourdis et Delta Ms sont posés quasiment intégralement. Reste à terminer les drains et remblayer pour quelques mètres de mur. Le terrassier devrait avoir fini dans les prochains jours cette semaine.
La dalle du garage est terminée et la cuve de rétention des eaux de pluie placée.

Waterproofing membranes, concrete drainage boards, waterproofing/dampproofing coatings are almost comletly done now. Only completing the drain work and backfilling the foundations to go. Should be done in the next days later this week.
Also, the concrete slab of the garage is finished and the rainwater harvesting tank in place.
